Is worldwide shipping available?

Yes! Customers are responsible for the shipping cost, as well as any additional fees or taxes that may apply.

Can I send in my own clothing to be reworked?

Yes, you can! Before placing an order, please contact us through the Contact form or send a DM on Instagram so we can discuss your item and more details.

What should I know about sizing before ordering?

All ready-to-ship items include exact measurements listed in the product description. For custom orders, I’ll request your measurements to tailor the item to your preferred size and fit.

When will I receive my order?

Processing times vary depending on whether your order is ready-to-ship or custom. Ready-to-ship items typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Custom orders may take 3-6 weeks depending on complexity.

Shipping times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

How do I properly care for my custom piece?

*Because reworked clothing often combines different fabrics and unique design elements, it’s important to handle them with care!

Wash gently: Hand washing in cold water is usually safest. If you use a machine, opt for a delicate cycle with cold water.

Use mild detergent: Avoid harsh chemicals and bleach that could damage delicate fabrics or colors.

Air dry: Dry your item by hanging it up instead of using a dryer, as heat can cause shrinkage or distortion. If you must use a dryer, choose the air-only or low-heat setting.

Iron carefully: Use a low heat setting, and place a cloth between the iron and your garment to protect any prints.
